All registration and dues payment is through the Colchester Parks & Recreation website. Please see detailed instructions below.

Note, if you are signing up mid-year, there is an option on the registration for reduced fees.

CCO Registration

The Colchester Choir & Orchestra is a Parks and Recreation program offered through the Town of Colchester, Connecticut. Annual dues are $35 for adults, and $15 for students. Registration and payment are available through the Colchester Parks & Recreation website; please follow these instructions:

Go to Colchester Parks & Recreation and create an account/log in (you can go directly to the CCO program at this link)

  • If you have an account, Log In

  • If you do not have an account, Create Account

    • Enter your information in the appropriate fields

    • Press <Continue>

    • Enter the information requested on the form, along with a user ID and password, and press <Submit>

  • Press the <Programs><All> navigation at the top of the page.

  • Look for the entry “CCO 23-24 Registration“ and press <Register> (direct link here)

  • Fill in the registration form. If you are a member of both the choir and orchestra, please enter both parts in the field listing the part you wish to participate in. Please note that there are checkboxes for the three annual concerts we plan to hold (Holiday Homecoming, March and May). Please ensure that the concerts you anticipate participating in are checked. If there is a concert that you do not expect to be able to participate in, please uncheck that concert. Press <Save>.

  • You will see a summary of your registration fee. Press <Go To Checkout>

  • Read the waiver, and press <I Accept Waiver>. Note that you cannot participate if you decline to accept the waiver.

  • You will see Required Forms. Press <Complete Form> and fill out each form, for both the CCO Music Agreement and the Program Liability and Risk Waiver. Note that the Program Liability and Risk Waiver field is looking for a signature, use your mouse or trackpad to fill that out.

  • You will now see a message telling you that you have completed all forms. Press <I Have Completed All Forms>

  • Enter your payment information, and press <Submit>. Usually, payment is accepted right away and you will see a confirmation page showing you are registered. If you get a message saying you didn’t pass the reCAPTCHA check, simply go back to the page, your information will be saved and you can submit payment once again (it will only charge you when the payment goes through).
